We know it has been difficult to reach Customer Care due to the increased holiday volume and, as a result, a few days ago we doubled our Customer Care team to assist with calls and emails. We have extended our hours to expedite response times. We also added volunteer Spin Master staff, from departments across the company, to assist with answering your questions and responding to emails when the call centre is closed. Please note, we are unable to resolve customer service issues via Direct Messages on social media.

The phone lines are open Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-6:30 PM EST. Alternatively, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and your email will be responded to in the order it was received.
